The Artist

I'm Hanna T.

I paint people, animals, and elements of nature. Always fascinated by the beauty, variety, and tranquility in nature, I share this through my art. I sometimes infuse a sense of playfulness into my work and like to mix realism and abstraction.

I graduated with a BFA in Visual Arts with specialized honours from York University in Toronto, Canada.

After participating in several group exhibitions, I shifted my focus to advertising design, illustration, and animation. Later, I transitioned into the IT field where I spent over 10 years. Following that, I explored a career in marketing for a few years. However, I eventually made a u-turn, back to my original passion of creating art, thereby completing a full circle in my career.

My primary medium is oil and acrylic paint, though I occasionally drift into mixed media, graphite, and watercolor. My work focuses mainly on people and animals, capturing emotion and movement in an expressionist style.
